Role Responsibilities:
1) Take ownership of the district business both Primary and Secondary
2)Ensuring direct coverage of all Wholesalers, OFO & Key Retailers of the area
3)Ensuring availability of all our SKU at Distributors and sub Distributors
4)Coverage expansion to all population GAP towns
5)Direct coverage to all w/s & A Class outlets available in his assigned area
6)Ensuring achievement of primary & secondary targets of all focus brands MOM basis
7)Coverage expansion to all population GAP towns

Key deliverables :
1) Primary and Secondary Sales Volume and Value
2) Coverage - OFO & Whole sales outlets
3) Execution of Coverage Planning
5) Brand sales - Make all the Brands and SKUs available at all outlets in his market
